If you really consider how much effort it is to get a new client almost ready to sign up with you, it does make me wonder why at that final hurdle, people often relax instead of keeping their foot on the gas until the deal is done.

There are so many things you can do differently in the client services game but to me, this is such a simple and easy thing to fix, it makes sense to start here.

In this video, I explain a simple way of thinking about this and how to ride the wave of momentum you have from your client meetings before you can get the proposal to them.
