Q&A: Why Do I Need to Track My Proposals?

We got ourselves some better camera equipment and a proper mic. Beats holding an iPhone as a microphone. ? We went up to Edinburgh to test it out and see if we could get some cool shots. While I was on the plane...

I got sent a question...

"What's the point in tracking my proposals. Surely if someone's going to go ahead, they're going to it regardless".

The guy has a point but I think is missing the point and missing an opportunity. Knowing what someone has looked at gives you an "unfair advantage" that your competition simply won't have. It means you can follow up at the right time and in an appropriate way, giving you more chance of getting the business. I go into a little more detail in the video. Give it a watch.
