Any requests outside of the agreed scope may require additional time, costs, or a revised timeline. Any additional work will always be discussed and approved before proceeding.

- Review and approve work within agreed timeframes
- Assign a primary point of contact for communication and approvals
Design Revisions
This proposal includes a set number of revision rounds during the design phase.

Unless otherwise stated, final website copy, photography, branding assets, and other required materials will be supplied by the client.
The client confirms they have permission to use any provided content, imagery, or intellectual property supplied for the project.

Basic SEO foundations may be included as outlined in the proposal scope. However, specific rankings, traffic increases, or search engine performance results cannot be guaranteed.
Payment Terms
A deposit payment is required before work begins.
Remaining balances are due according to the payment schedule outlined in this proposal. Late payments may result in project delays, paused work, or withheld launch until outstanding balances are settled.
All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Ownership & Intellectual Property
Upon final payment, ownership of the completed website deliverables will transfer to the client.
The service provider retains the right to display completed work within portfolios, marketing materials, and case studies unless otherwise agreed.

Website Launch
Final approval must be provided by the client before the website is launched.
Once approval has been received and the website has gone live, any additional changes requested may be treated as new work and quoted separately.

Unless otherwise stated, ongoing updates, maintenance, hosting, or technical support are not included after project completion.
Ongoing support can be provided through a separate maintenance or partnership agreement if required.
Termination
Either party may terminate the project in writing if necessary.
In the event of termination, payment will remain due for all completed work and time already allocated to the project up to the termination date.
