Project Brief

What we are setting out to achieve

PROJECT OVERVIEW

This project involves the design and development of a new e-commerce platform for use by [Client Name]. The client's current site does not rank highly enough on common search engines and site traffic is low.

The new site requires an SEO strategy and the implementation of analytics so that campaign effect and performance can be monitored. The site must be simple to use and requires access to enable multiple users to upload new products, images, content and metadata.

The scope and tasks required to complete this project will follow the timelines outlined within in order to deliver the components at the associated costs listed. A list of deliverables and assumptions is included herein.

PROJECT OBJECTIVES

This project has been proposed to achieve the following objectives:

Objective 1 | Design a clean, modern e-commerce platform that delivers a seamless and engaging user experience in order to maximise sales revenue.

Objective 2 | Build a highly functional CMS which retains usability so up to five to ten user accounts may simultaneously access and upload content.

Objective 3 | Ensure SEO and analytics are in place to maximise rankings and to help monitor campaign effectiveness.
