Beyond just a beautiful online store

Delivering ecommerce growth by crafting outstanding online buying experiences.

Dear {{first_name}},

It was great speaking with you about your project.

From what we talked about, it sounds like you’ve got the products and the brand ready to go, but the actual tech side of the store has become a bit of a headache. Between trying to organize your inventory, getting the photos right, and figuring out the shipping logic, there are just a lot of moving parts to keep track of right now and we understand how overwhelming it can be. The last thing you want is to launch with a site that creates more manual work for you than it should.

Our job is to take that technical weight off your plate. We’ll build you a store that’s fast, looks professional, and is easy for you to manage yourself. We want to make sure you have the tools and control to launch your Shopify store properly from day one.

This proposal walks through how we’ll implement the plans we discussed.

I’m looking forward to getting started.

Trusted Ecommerce and Shopify Agency

Your New Shopify Store

Based on our discussion, your Shopify store needs to be a streamlined tool that works for both you and your customers.

Here is a breakdown of the key elements we’ll build into the site:

A Conversion-Focused Homepage

Your homepage will be designed to instantly communicate your brand and direct customers to your best-selling products as quickly as possible.

About Page

We’ll create a dedicated space where you can build trust. This is where you will show your customers the people and the “why” behind the products.

Product Categories

We’ll organize your inventory into clear, easy-to-navigate collections so your customers can find exactly what they’re looking for without the frustration of endless scrolling.

Product Pages

Every product page will be built to convert, with clear imagery, structured descriptions, and obvious ‘Add to Cart’ interactions.

Automated Delivery & Returns Tracking

We’ll set up clear, dedicated pages for shipping and returns. This reduces the number of “where is my order” emails you have to answer manually.

Smart Search & Filtering

We’ll include an intuitive search bar and product filters (like size, color, price, etc.) to make the shopping experience as smooth as possible.

Buyers Guides & Content

If you have products that need a little more explanation, we’ll set up a layout for guides or blog posts to help educate your customers and improve your Google rankings.

Process & Timelines

To make sure your store is built on a solid foundation, we follow a structured 10-week process.

This gives us the time to properly map out the customer journey and ensure that the backend is as easy for you to manage as it is for your customers to use.

WEEKS 1-2

Strategy & Structure

Before we start on the design, we need to get the structure right. We’ll spend the first two weeks configuring your Shopify account and mapping out your product collections. The goal is to make sure the foundation is solid so the rest of the build is straightforward.

WEEKS 3-4

Content & Asset Organization

This is usually the stage with the most moving parts. We’ll work with you to pull together your product descriptions, imagery, and shipping logic. We’ll get everything organized and ready for the store so that Phase 3 can move quickly.

WEEKS 5-6

The Initial Build

We’ll build out the homepage and your main category pages, focusing on making them fast and easy to navigate. By the end of this phase, you’ll see the store really starting to take shape.

WEEKS 7-8

Refinement & Apps

Once the main pages are in place, we focus on the details. This involves setting up your payment gateways, installing any essential apps, and making sure the mobile version of the site is perfect.

WEEK 9

Testing & Quality Control

We spend a full week testing things like the checkout flow, testing every link, and making sure the shipping calculations are spot-on. We want to make sure everything is seamless before anyone tries to buy a product.

WEEK 10

Handover & Launch

In the final week, we’ll sit down for a walkthrough so you’re 100% confident managing the store yourself. We’ll show you how to handle orders and update products, and then we’ll finally hit "go" on the new site.

Nordic Home & Co.

The Challenge

When we first spoke with Sarah at Nordic Home & Co., she had a beautiful range of products and a growing following, but she had no idea how to take things further. She was trying to manage orders through manual spreadsheets and Instagram DMs, which meant she was spending more time on admin than on her brand. She needed a digital store that could handle her inventory that was easy to manage and understand.

The Solution

We stepped in to provide an organizational force for their digital security.

Our approach included:

  • A Full System Audit: Pinpointing and resolving critical vulnerabilities in their remote access setup.
  • Proactive Monitoring: Implementing 24/7 oversight to stop threats before they reach an inbox.
  • Staff Empowerment: Running jargon-free workshops to ensure the whole team can spot scams instantly.

The Result

By the end of the first month, the firm had moved from a state of worry to a position of complete confidence. Unlike their previous experiences, we didn’t just install software; we gave them the tools and control they needed to focus on their clients again. They now operate with the peace of mind that their data is safe and their reputation is secure.

"Before working with the team at *Templates - LIVE, I felt completely stuck. I knew I had a great product, but the thought of setting up a 'real' shop was overwhelming. They took all that technical weight off my plate and gave me a beautiful store that I absolutely love. For the first time, I feel like I’m in total control of my business."

  • Halfway point: 25% (£1,312.50) at the end of Week 5, once the initial build of the store is ready for you to see.

  • The Handover: The final 25% (£1,312.50) in Week 10, just before we hit "go" and launch the site.

Our Guarantee

We want you to feel in total control of your store from the moment we launch. To make sure that happens, we back every project with these two commitments:

Launch Support

The first few weeks after launching a new store can be the most nerve-wracking. We provide 30 days of priority support after going live. If you have a question about an order or any settings, we’re here to handle it immediately. You won't be left to figure things out on your own.

The Handover

Our guarantee is that, by the end of Week 10, you and your team will be 100% confident managing the day-to-day of your store. We provide a full walkthrough and simplified documentation so you can add your products, update prices, and manage your customers.

Let's Get Started

If you’re happy with everything we’ve outlined, we can jump into the next steps. Once we have the paperwork sorted, we can officially secure your slot in our schedule and begin Phase 1 of the build.

Terms & Conditions

Summary

You are hiring us to design and build your Shopify store for the price we’ve outlined in this proposal. You have the authority to enter into this contract on behalf of your company. You agree to provide us with everything we need to hit our 10-week goal (including product details, images, and brand assets) in the format we ask for. You also agree to stick to the payment schedule and provide feedback/sign-offs on time so we can keep the project moving.

On our end, we have the experience to carry out this work professionally and on schedule. While we’ll do everything in our power to meet the deadlines we’ve set together, we aren't responsible for a missed launch date if the delay is caused by late materials or pending approvals from your side.

Details of the Work

We will create the look, layout, and functionality of your Shopify store. This includes one main design and two rounds of revisions. If you need further design work beyond that, we’ll provide a separate quote. If you choose to cancel at this stage, we will retain the initial deposit for the work completed to date.

Shopify Environment & Browser Testing

We build using modern Shopify standards. Your store will be tested on all current major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox) on both desktop and mobile. We do not test for "abandoned" browsers (like old versions of Internet Explorer) that are no longer supported by Shopify itself.

Content & Photos

You are responsible for the "copy" (text) and product descriptions. We’re happy to help with a bit of polishing, but significant copywriting will be quoted separately. You’ll also provide the photos; if we need to purchase stock imagery for you, we’ll get your written approval on the cost first.

Changes & Revisions

The price in this proposal covers what we discussed on our call. If you decide to change the scope, like adding a significant number of new pages or complex custom functionality, that’s no problem. We’ll just provide you with an additional quote for the extra work so you can approve it before we start.

Technical Support & Hosting

Because we are building on Shopify, we don’t have to worry about traditional "hosting" or "servers." Your store subscription is handled directly between you and Shopify.

- Third-Party Fees: Please note that your Shopify monthly plan, domain registration, and any third-party app fees (like Klaviyo or premium review widgets) are paid directly to those providers. These are not included in our project fee.

- What’s Included: Our quote covers the initial setup, payment gateway integration, and Google Analytics implementation.

- Ongoing Management: Once we launch and the 30-day care period ends, the ongoing management of the Shopify account and any app subscriptions will be your responsibility, though we are always available to help under a separate support agreement.

Legal

We are not liable for damages (including lost profits or savings) arising out of the operation of, or inability to operate, the website - even if you’ve warned us about those possibilities. If any part of this agreement becomes unenforceable, the rest of the contract remains in place.

Ownership & Copyright

You guarantee that you own (or have permission to use) all assets you provide to us. Once the final payment is made, ownership is assigned as follows:
- You own the visual elements we created, the text, and the data you provided.
- Shopify owns the core platform code, and we license our specific theme customisations to you for use on this project.
- We reserve the right to show off the finished store in our portfolio or marketing materials (we’re proud of our work!).

Payments

To keep the project moving, our payment schedule is as follows:
- 50% Deposit: Due upon signing to secure your slot.
- 25% Mid-Project: Due at Week 5 once the initial build is ready to view.
- 25% Final Balance: Due in Week 10 before we hit "go" and launch.

Note: For payments more than 14 days late, we reserve the right to add 5% to the outstanding balance every 7 days until settled.
