You want to offer something called a “lead magnet”. It’s a wacky marketing term, but the gist of it is offering something of low cost to you but of massive value to a small, targeted group of people.
It could be something like an ebook, a whitepaper or an email series but the trick is to make sure it’s delivered electronically.
