Never have another dispute with a client again


The last of the videos I shot in Edinburgh deals with an unfortunately, all-too-common occurrence.

Client disputes.

If you work in client services, you will no doubt have had an occasion where you fall out with the client. It doesn’t mean you’re bad at your job, it doesn’t mean they are a bad person.

It just means that somewhere along the way, they thought one thing and you thought something else.

At the time, it seems unfixable and inevitable that “it was always going to happen”, but what if, sometimes you could prevent it?

This video shows you how tracking proposals can actually prevent issues from ever cropping up in the first place. I can’t take credit for this – one of our customers actually came up with this idea.
