We all have our own version of what our ideal working life is like.

It might be the old classic, sitting on a beach, sipping cocktails thing.

It could be living in another country for months at a time.

Or maybe it's just being able to work a normal 35 hour week and enjoy weekends and holidays.

The thing is, the first step of being able to do any of that without the whole business imploding is the same regardless of your goal.

It's taken me about 6 or 7 years to figure this out and fortunately, it's pretty simple.
