WITH CUSTOM CODING - THE SKY IS THE LIMIT
Dear {{first_name}},
Thank you for contacting Your company name and choosing us to design a high-end website for your luxury furniture store.
As we previously explained, to fully deliver your uniqueness, quality, and brand consistency, we will follow through with the same esthetics as your logo and use clean black lines throughout the design.
While many web design companies specialize in creating flashy websites,Your company name does much more than that. We don't just focus on creating good looking websites and landing pages. We emphasize functionality as well as style through our professional and contemporary web design offerings.
OVERVIEW
During our last meeting, we have discussed your main objectives; a strong site architecture, custom coding and functionality, and responsive design made to increase traffic and the number of leads coming through the website.
The plan to achieve them is by doing the following:
- Building a fully responsive, custom coded, high-end website
- Providing copywriting for substantial, worthwhile content with proper marketing strategy
- Creating a simple, clean, luxury design with professional photos and a visually appealing overall impression
At Your company name, we make sure the website isn’t just a virtual destination on a map. For us, it is a unique combination of design, art, and technology. We provide an exceptional experience for customers while ensuring they get precisely what they need.
Your website will showcase your product line's finer details with stylish simplicity to show you are up to something a little different from the competition.
In the next few chapters, we will explain further the details of our plan and how we will achieve the mentioned objectives.
HIGH-END BRAND STRENGTHENING DESIGN
Companies like {{company_name}} that require high-end web design have to be a step ahead in maintaining a strong brand presence.
We all know that websites only have seconds to capture the attention of their visitors. Your customers will decide very quickly whether or not they want to do business with your company. Therefore, Your company name focuses on creating a high-end feel from the get-go.
Our expert team will work closely with you and offer web development structured around improving user engagement, customer conversion, and online visibility.
Now that we covered the basics let's get back to reaching your goals.
The content we had in mind for your high-end website is the following:
HOMEPAGE
Your homepage will be all about style.
Contemporary, classical, yet with an industrial vibe to emphasize that sometimes, less is more.
We will highlight the Nordic influence in your furniture design with a clean white background, a minimal look with rich photography.
Your homepage and the landing page are what makes it or breaks it in the website world. That is what the visitors establish their opinion on, so we will make sure they will not just visit the website.
They will experience it.
ABOUT US
A good written "About Us" or "Our story" page is essential in establishing your brand presence.
It will tell the story of the designers, followed by the development of the modern collection. We will include animations for a final touch to the progression of the narrative.
When people buy luxury, they are not just buying a product. They want to buy a story.
For that reason, our goal is to add a message to your "About Us" page that will speak to the visitors, explaining why they should buy into your brand.
NEWS
People love to hear stories from real customers.
Honest words from others help to make your products more attractive to customers who are visiting you online.
That said, in the case of {{company_name}}, we will skip the testimonials section and turn it into a "news" page. It will be used for the same purpose, but in a more subtle way. News articles, publications, store openings, and more will find its' place under this section on your website.
PRODUCTS
You mentioned not wanting the classic e-store connected to your website.
Therefore, we will create the "Products" page.
It will consist of a list of your products, categorized into sections with select essential information. The filters on the left side of the page will allow the users to narrow down what is displayed with a simple click.
Clicking on the product of their interest will open the window that offers all the information they may require: The materials, maintenance, price, and finally, the store's location they can purchase the desired product in.
LIFESTYLE
So simple, yet it works in so many ways.
Adding the "Lifestyle" page to your website will allow you to present your portfolio, as well as future projects.
It serves as an inspiration to all your future and present customers, as well as a chance to represent the aesthetic of your stores and products, highlighting your furniture as extraordinary items for everyday use.
CONTACT FORMS & CTA
No more flashy buttons and "buy here" chunky call-to-actions.
From the user’s standpoint, the navigation should be seamless from start to finish, so we decided to go with a single navigation bar at the top of a page. We believe it will be more than enough to let any user find what they want on your site.
We will strategically place a few subtle CTA buttons through the website that will lead the visitors to either the "Products" page or the contact form.
BACK-END FUNCTIONALITY MEETS FRONT-END DESIGN
After you sign our proposal, we will begin by scheduling a follow-up call to finalize the details and decide on your website project's best starting date.
Once that is agreed on, we will follow the steps listed below:
STEP 1
INITIAL DESIGN
INTERVIEW
To start a design project as big as this one, we will need an initial design interview. The goal of that meeting will be to get an inside look into your brand, vision, products, and goals.
The saying, "you get what you pay for," holds for websites, which is why we will get to the bottom of who you are and what you stand for before we even attempt to design your website.
STEP 2
DESIGN
PRESENTATION
We will create three new design concepts. Naturally, there will be a common theme, but we will try to think outside of the box and develop a few different solutions.
The brainstorming and comparison part is often where the best ideas come from. We will go through these options and decide which direction to take and which adjustments to make.
STEP 3
HIGH-QUALITY
WEBSITE CONTENT
High-end website designers know that it is important to keep up with trends in the SEO industry.
Apart from that, your site’s content needs to match the luxury web design we will create. Text written with grammatical errors or without a captivating well-known style will cause the depreciation of your design and your company's credibility.
Your company name's professional copywriters can match the site content with the high-end web design by writing text that is inviting, interesting, and professional to ensure your visitors will not be impressed with the design only. We want them to read the content and take action.
STEP 4
WEBSITE BUILD
In the world of thousands of pre-built design templates, thousands of plug-ins, and easy-to-use UI for copywriters, building a website may seem easy and inexpensive.
But as website standards continue to evolve, you want to make sure your site is coded correctly and maintains the high-end web design it was initially intended for. To custom-code everything and ensure your website displays correctly in new browsers and all available devices, we will take some time and create a perfect layout.
Once it is done, we will present it to you and go through the details and finishing touches following the originally set objectives. Any amends are made at this stage.
STEP 5
LAUNCH
The launch process has to be carefully decided upon. We need to ensure the site doesn't have any downtime, any old links are re-directed to the new pages, and many other details are taken care of. The following process has been done by our company many times before, and we have developed a detailed checklist we are working with that has never failed us.
We will make sure to launch the website late on Friday, giving us a chance to iron out any possible issues. You can sleep well, knowing we will be on-call over your launch weekend to ensure everything goes according to plan.
TIMESCALES
It will take between eight and ten weeks to get your high-end website live.
BRANDS THAT PUT THEIR TRUST IN US
