Your Virtual Assistant Service

Wondering how I can save you time?

Blog Posts

Whether you write your own posts and want me to edit and post them,
or prefer me to write some for you, producing content is vital for a number of reasons; it gets you thinking, connects with prospects,
sells your services, demonstrates your expertise and gets new content onto the internet.

I’ll ensure you know when you should be posting and stick to your schedule. These posts will then be promoted by reposting elsewhere
to drive traffic back to your blog and engage suitable individuals.

Social media

Regardless of your current social media activity level, my aim is for you to become more prolific online so that you’re seen as a stand-out candidate in your field.

If you’re going to take part in social media, make it count and do it properly. This means I’ll ensure you’re posting new content each
and every day, replying to people commenting on your posts. Liking and Following back where relevant, replying to direct messages, finding new Followers, Unfollowing non-Followers and getting involved in conversations in order to meet people online.

Anyone can post on social media, it’s creating the content that’s the difficult part. That’s why, I believe, you see a lot of pointless and irrelevant Re-Tweeting and Sharing. It underlines that you have nothing to say.
You must have original and fresh content.

I can deliver this for you and offer you a service over 3 levels:

  1.  Having the idea and writing the words for a post
  2.  Creating a post by combining imagery, words your logo
  3.  Posting the content to your desired target platforms daily.

Email Inbox Management

This is a never-ending, thankless and demoralising task.
The amount of time wasted sorting through real email and spam seems to grow. Then the real emails have different priorities.
Everyone forgets to reply to some emails too.

I have developed a method of Email Inbox Management over 8-years and you can benefit from this.

If we go forward together, all you will have to do is answer the most vital of your emails once a day and the less important emails once every 3 days [I send them a standard reply that you’ll be getting back to them on a given date].  This means you would then only need to attend to your email inbox 8 times a week and only deal with the emails that come from me. Nothing will ever be forgotten or missed again.

Diary management

Time is money. Your time is your money. You never get time back and diary errors are not just embarrassing when another person is involved, they’re costly too. You’ll benefit from my extensive diary and calendar management practices. This will make you more time efficient.

After 2-3 months I’d hope we’d introduce some potent time-saving tools into your work week.

Data Cleansing

One of the most valuable assets a business possesses is the client list.

If this information is out of date, it’s underutilised, undervalued and takes longer to achieve your aim when using it.

Soon [and ongoing] you’ll have an up to date list of clients/contact details contact history and purchase history.

Plan of Action

Simple set-up, effective results

After you sign this proposal, there is a follow-up call where I gather certain vital information necessary for me to begin working for you.

Allow 3 days after this for me to put a tight-knit timeline of goals together.

I’ll obviously require access to your CRM, social media accounts, email, Google Calendar/iCal and website/blog.

Week 1 is the setup week.

Week 2 we find our way into you and your systems and get comfortable.

Week 3 we’ll be ready to function wholly.

That's it! Easy Peasy.

Case Study | Meet Robert

He also wanted help managing tasks
leaving him to focus on his business.

The Problem

Bob runs a marketing business and found it impossible to carry out
paid work for existing clients, find new work and new clients whilst maintaining his business administration duties.

These are issues all business owners face.

Solution and Outcome

Bob and I agreed on a set of practices and he delegated ten hours a week of his admin and management tasks.

Which meant...

Bob is now able to concentrate on giving his existing clients the attention they deserve; building stronger and deeper relationships with them.
He is getting more out of his clients in terms of frequency of sale,
value-of-sale and this extra focus has opened up further referral opportunities.

In short, more time, less stress, better income and a big smile!

A few words from bob

"Initially, our goal was to reduce my workload by 10 hours per week, but by delegating the related tasks to ____, I actually ended up saving closer to 15 hours as well as strengthening the relationships with my existing clients and having the time to focus on additional revenue. Amazing!"

Your Investment

No unclocked fees, just 'job done'

Why I'm Different

Many VA firms charge an hourly rate and many users find this open to abuse. I don't work that way.

I work by arranging a set fee per job and getting it done. It's that simple.

“Working with Dana has changed our business and my life personally. Her knowledge got us from £5,000 a month to £20,000 a month within 8 months"

4. PAYMENT FOR SERVICES.
Client will pay compensation to Service Provider for the Services at a rate of «Fee_Amount» per month. This compensation shall be payable and due upon receipt of invoice.

5. TERM/TERMINATION.

Provided, however, that each party may terminate the Agreement immediately without prior notice in the event of a breach of this Agreement by the other party. Upon Termination, Service Provider shall invoice Client for any payment due, and payment will be due immediately upon receipt.

6. NON-DISCLOSURE AND NON-SOLICITATION.

Furthermore, Service Provider agrees that during the term of this Agreement, and for 2 years following the termination of this Agreement, Service Provider shall not directly or indirectly solicit or attempt to solicit any customers or suppliers of Client other than on behalf of client himself.

7. RELATIONSHIP OF PARTIES.
It is understood by the parties that Service Provider is an independent contractor with respect to the Client and not an employee of the Client. The Client will not provide fringe benefits, including health insurance benefits, paid vacation, or any other employee benefit, for the benefit of Service Provider.

8. WORK PRODUCT OWNERSHIP.
Any works copyrighted, ideas, discoveries, inventions, patents, products, or other information (collectively, the “Work Product”) developed in whole or in part in Service Provider in connection with the Services shall be the exclusive property of the Client. In the event of such loss, damage or delay, Service Provider will make every effort to notify Client immediately.

10. CONFIDENTIALITY.
Service Provider will not at any time or in any manner, either directly or indirectly, use for the personal benefit of Service Provider, or divulge, disclose or communicate in any manner any information that is proprietary to the Client. Service Provider will protect such information and treat it as strictly confidential. This provision shall continue to be effective after the termination of this Agreement. Upon termination of this Agreement, Service Provider will return to Client all records, notes documentation and other items that were used, created, or controlled by Service Provider during the term of this Agreement with the exception of items purchased by Service Provider and not reimbursed by the Client.

11. SEVERABILITY.
If any provision of this Agreement shall be held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable. If a court finds that any provision of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable, but that by limiting such provision it would become valid and enforceable, then such provision shall be deemed to be written, construed, and enforced as so limited.
