Your company name was formed in 2012 by Director Paul Davis, and remains a privately-owned company delivering dynamic and innovative security solutions throughout the US.
Following military service, Paul set up Your company name to be a one-stop-shop for all your event security needs.
Whilst we most notably represent many event businesses, we do offer a full range of personal and corporate security services to suit any situation.

OUR SERVICES INCLUDE:
EVENT SECURITY
Event security usually entails a mixture of traditional door staff and security guards that patrol the grounds in order to protect against terrorism, theft and other illegal activities.
They observe special event attendees to ensure that they are abiding
by the laws and rules of the venue/event.
DOOR SUPERVISORS
A door supervisor carries out security duties in or at licensed premises, such as bars and nightclubs. Their role is to keep order, prevent crime and keeping staff and customers safe.
All of our door supervisors are fully licensed, insured and kept up-to-date on all relevant legislation and changes.
PERSONAL PROTECTION
Personal or Close Protection is guarding a high priority individual (such as a celebrity or politician) against assaults or injuries that might be suffered in consequence of unlawful conduct.
All our protection operatives are fully trained with recognized close protection qualifications, combat training and First Aid.
Many also have extended medical or military training.
Our operatives work in both the United States and overseas, and we conduct in-depth risk assessments for each and every client in order to offer a truly tailored and outstanding service.

LEGAL TERMS IN PLAIN ENGLISH
USER DISCLAIMER (Please Delete): This agreement may not be suitable for your circumstances and we recommend you seek legal advice before using it. Better Proposals does not take any responsibility for any events that arise as a result of your use of this agreement.
"The Company” is Your company name, "The Client” is {{company_name}} and any subsidiary company of {{company_name}} to whom The Company provides security services under the terms of this agreement.
1. Service
a) The Company will supply staff to provide the service in accordance with the schedule and instructions issued by the Client.
b) In the event of no specific instructions being available for a site, the "minimum standards” of operations will apply.
c) Where there is an unscheduled extension to the hours of service, The Client is charged for any hour or part thereof exceeding the first fifteen-(15) minutes.
d) The Company will supply all security operatives with the minimum PPE requirements i.e. Safety Boots, High Visibility Jacket, Safety Hat, Gloves, Safety Glasses, Ear Protection (all PPE will be to PPE Regulations 2002 (SI 2002/1144 standards), if there is a requirement for a higher standard of PPE The Company can provide at a subsidised cost.
2. Our Fees and Charges for the services we provide to you
a) Bank and Public Holidays, Security operatives on duty at these times are paid at double (2 x) the standard rate. The Client is therefore charged double (2 x) for these times. Services provided on New Year's Day: 1 January, Good Friday: March. Easter Monday: April. Early May bank holiday: May. Spring bank holiday: May. Summer bank holiday: August. Christmas Day: December. Boxing Day: December, New Year’s Eve December each year will be charged at double (2 x) the standard rate in addition to all bank and public holidays.
b) Cancelations, Any booking cancellations are subject to 24 hours’ notice or a minimum booking fee of 5 hours will be applied.
c) Payment, unless a separate arrangement is agreed in writing, invoices are prepared on a weekly basis. Payment should then be made within Seven (7) days of the invoice date. The Company reserves the right to charge interest at the prevailing base rate on all overdue amounts including any further amounts that become payable under the agreement. The interest will be calculated on a daily basis from the date the amount falls due until the full amount is received. The Company may also charge for any expenses actually incurred in obtaining payment of any sum overdue.
d) Any change to the schedule or service(s) being provided by The Company must be notified to the Head Office in writing giving at least twenty-four (24) hours’ notice. Otherwise, The Company reserves the right to claim any costs incurred by interruptions.
3.The Company’s Liability
a) The Company is fully insured (copy of certificate available on request). The extent of The Company’s liability is pursuant with the conditions of the policy.
b) The Company will at the written request and at The Clients expense increase the limit of insurance to such sums, as The Client shall specify.
c) Whilst our Security Officers are trained to the highest standards in detection and prevention of incidents, under no circumstances does The Company guarantee to prevent loss or damage to The Client’s property and premises. The Client accepts that Security Officers are provided as a deterrent to reduce the likelihood of incidents occurring. The Company cannot be held responsible for the actions or omissions of third parties. In such cases, The Company has its own internal procedures for dealing with site disputes. This does not interfere with The Client’s right to seek legal advice. for instances where it can be demonstrated the Security Officer has failed to meet the minimum standards, The Company can accept no liability for loss or damage to The Client’s premises and for the property of third parties left at The Client’s site
4.Termination
a) This agreement shall be terminable by either party giving to the other one calendar months’ notice in writing. Otherwise either party shall only be entitled to terminate this agreement forthwith in the event that;
b) There is a breach of the provisions of this agreement not being capable of remedy or if such a breach is not remedied within seven (7) days of written notice requesting the breach to be remedied
c) If the other shall be declared bankruptcy, if a receiver shall be appointed or if a liquidation or winding-up procedure has been commenced.
d) A 24 hours termination notice is applicable to pay-as-you-go or one off customers only
5. Quotations
a)All prices and rates quoted by The Company Ltd remain valid for a period of 30 days unless otherwise stated in writing.
b)All quotations are subject to our 5 hour minimum booking requirments.
Once a booking has been made with The Company you are accepting these terms and conditions
