Services that meets your needs

Wondering how I can save your time?

Blog Posts

Whether you write your own posts and want me to edit them before they go live or prefer me to write some for you, producing content is vital for a number of reasons; it gets you thinking, connects with prospects,  sells your services, demonstrates your expertise and gets new content onto the internet.

I will ensure you know when you should be posting and stick to your schedule. These posts will then be promoted by reposting elsewhere to drive traffic back to your blog and engage suitable individuals.

Inbox Management

This is a never-ending, thankless, and demoralizing task. The amount of time wasted sorting through real email and spam seems to grow daily. Then the real emails have different priorities. Everyone forgets to reply to some emails too. I have developed a method of email inbox management over the last eight years and you can benefit from it today.

If we go forward together, all you will have to do is answer the most vital of your emails once a day and the less important emails once every 3 days (I send them a standard reply that you will be getting back to them on a given date).  This means you would then only need to attend to your email inbox 8 times a week and only deal with the emails that come from me. Nothing will ever be forgotten or missed again.

Social
Media

Regardless of your current social media activity level, my aim is for you to become more prolific online so that you are seen as a stand-out candidate in your field.

If you are going to take part in social media, make it count, and do it properly. This means I will ensure you are posting new content every day and replying to people commenting on your posts. Liking and following back where relevant, replying to direct messages, finding new followers, unfollowing non-followers, and getting involved in conversations to meet people online.

Anyone can post on social media, it is creating the content that is the difficult part. That is why I believe, you see a lot of pointless and irrelevant re-tweeting and sharing. It underlines that you have nothing to say.

You must have original and fresh content.

I can deliver this for you and offer you service over 3 levels:

    1.  Having the idea and writing the words for a post
    2.  Creating a post by combining imagery, words your logo
    3.  Posting the content to your desired target platforms daily.

Diary Management

Time is money. Your time is your money. You never get time back and diary errors are not just embarrassing when another person is involved, they are costly too. You will benefit from my extensive diary and calendar management practices. This will make you more time-efficient. After two-three months I would hope we would introduce some potent time-saving tools into your workweek.

Data Cleansing

One of the most valuable assets a business possesses is the client list. If this information is out of date, it is underutilized, undervalued and takes longer to achieve your aim when using it.

Soon (and ongoing) you will have an up to date list of clients/contact details contact history and purchase history.

Simple set-up, effective results

After you sign this proposal, we will organize a follow-up call where I gather all the information necessary to start working with you. Allow 3 days after this for me to put a tight-knit timeline of goals together.

I will require access to your CRM, social media accounts, email, Google Calendar/iCal, and website/blog.

✔️ Week 1 is the setup week.

✔️ Week 2 we find our way into your systems and get comfortable.

✔️ Week 3 we will be ready to function wholly.

That's it! Easy-peasy.

He wanted help managing tasks
so he can focus on his business.

The Problem

Robert runs a marketing business and he found it impossible to carry out paid work for existing clients, find new work and new clients, whilst maintaining his business administration duties.

These are issues all business owners face.

Solution and the Outcome

Robert and I agreed on a set of practices and he delegated ten hours a week of his admin and management tasks.

Which meant:

Robert is now able to concentrate on giving his existing clients the attention they deserve; building stronger and deeper relationships with them.
He is getting more out of his clients in terms of frequency of sale,
value-of-sale and this extra focus has opened up further referral opportunities.

In short, more time, less stress,
better income and a big smile!

Love from Robert from JC Marketing

"You're organized and on top of things!"

"Initially, our goal was to reduce my workload by 10 hours per week, but by delegating the related tasks to [enter name] I actually ended up saving closer to 15 hours as well as strengthening the relationships with my existing clients and having the time to focus on additional revenue. Amazing!"

No unclocked fees, just a job well done.

Why I'm different

Many VA companies charge an hourly rate and many users find this open to abuse. I don't work that way.
I work by arranging a set fee per job and getting it done. It is that simple.

See below for a breakdown of the deal.

Blog Posts

Blog writing [to include research] - £7 per 100 words

Proofreading and editing your blog posts - £5 per 100 words

Posting blog posts and promotion - £25 per post

Social Media

This is based on 20 social media posts per calendar month:

Coming up with the idea and writing the words - £100/mo

Creating and designing the actual post - £100/mo

Posting the posts on two social media platforms - £100/mo

If you take all 3 services - £250/mo

Email Inbox Management

The fee for this will be based on the volume of emails that need sorting through.

An average client with a business of your size will be looking at approximately - £75 a week.

Diary Management

This integrates with your email inbox management program. Obviously, a lot of emails can be dealt with by arranging a meeting or scheduling a callback, both of which will be added to your online calendar.

Up to 35 calendar visits - £45/mo

As little or as much as you need.

If I don't deliver, you don't pay.

Yes. Really.

I am experienced in what I do and I want you to have 100% trust in that. So, provided you have supplied me with what I need to perform the task and upheld your end of the bargain, then if I don't deliver within one working day of the deadline, you don't pay for it. That's pretty much it.

4. PAYMENT FOR SERVICES

The client will pay compensation to Service Provider for the Services at a rate of «Fee_Amount» per month. This compensation shall be payable and due upon receipt of invoice.

5. TERM/TERMINATION

Either party may terminate this agreement upon 14 days written notice to the other party. Provided, however, that each party may terminate the Agreement immediately without prior notice in the event of a breach of this Agreement by the other party. Upon Termination, Service Provider shall invoice Client for any payment due, and payment will be due immediately upon receipt.

6. NON-DISCLOSURE AND NON-SOLICITATION

Service Provider shall not directly or indirectly disclose to any person other than a representative of Client at any time either during the term of this Agreement or following the termination or expiration thereof, any confidential or proprietary information about Client, including but not limited to customer lists, contacts, financial data, sales data, supply sources, business opportunities for new or developing business, plans and models, or trade secrets. 7. RELATIONSHIP OF PARTIES

The Client will not provide fringe benefits, including health insurance benefits, paid vacation, or any other employee benefit, for the benefit of the Service Provider.

8. WORK PRODUCT OWNERSHIP

Any works copyrighted, ideas, discoveries, inventions, patents, products, or other information (collectively, the “Work Product”) developed in whole or in part in Service Provider in connection with the Services shall be the exclusive property of the Client. Upon request, Service Provider shall sign all documents necessary to confirm or perfect the exclusive ownership of the Client to the Work Product.

9. LIABILITY

Service Provider will not be liable for loss, damage, or delay of the Client’s project due to circumstances beyond the Contractor’s control. Such circumstances may include (but are not limited to) acts of God, public unrest, power outages, and inability to contact the Client. In the event of such loss, damage, or delay, Service Provider will make every effort to notify the Client immediately.

10. CONFIDENTIALITY

Service Provider will not at any time or in any manner, either directly or indirectly, use for the personal benefit of Service Provider, or divulge, disclose, or communicate in any manner any information that is proprietary to the Client. Service Providers will protect such information and treat it as strictly confidential. This provision shall continue to be effective after the termination of this Agreement. Upon termination of this Agreement, Service Provider will return to Client all records, notes documentation, and other items that were used, created, or controlled by Service Provider during the term of this Agreement except items purchased by Service Provider and not reimbursed by the Client.

11. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of this Agreement shall be held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable. If a court finds that any provision of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable, but that by limiting such provision it would become valid and enforceable, then such provision shall be deemed to be written, construed, and enforced as so limited.
