When it comes to HoneyBook and proposal templates, you'll have to put in much more work to give them a wow factor. Aside from having to create your own templates, the way they're saved in your account can sometimes be confusing.

For example, each of your proposals needs to be associated with a Project. This means you'll first need to find or create a project that requires a proposal, then modify or create a template, and finally send it. And if you want to use that template again in the future, you'll also need to remember which Project it was originally connected to. That's because the changes you made in the first place won't be saved in the original template.

With Better Proposals, you can start collaborating with team members on our Premium plan at $29/month. There’s no limit to how many users you can add, so you can use it as long as it still works for you. And if you do decide to upgrade to our highest plan, it’s $49/month.

If you switch to annual pricing, the difference is even more evident. On an annual subscription, you’re saving more with Better Proposals than you are with HoneyBook.
