I found a position I’m interested in. How do I apply?

Applying for a role at Better Proposals is as easy as filling a short application form on our website. Give us a link to your CV, tell us why you’re the perfect fit for the job, and hit the Send button.

What does the hiring process look like?

You can expect to hear from us about a week after the job application deadline has passed. If we think your skills and experience would be a good addition to our team, we’ll set up an interview so we can get to know each other. Assuming everything goes well, you will get an offer from us, sign it digitally, and you’re in!

And if you weren’t selected this time around, don’t be discouraged. Just because it was a no now, doesn’t mean you shouldn’t try applying again in the future.

Is the position 100% remote?

Yes, all positions at Better Proposals are 100% remote. Work from the comfort of your own home or anywhere else that makes you feel inspired.

Does it matter where I’m from?

As long as you have a stable internet connection and speak English, your location doesn’t matter. Most of the work you will be doing doesn’t require coordinating time zones (except maybe that one short weekly meeting).

Are the working hours flexible?

This depends on the position you are applying for. To make sure we have 24-hour availability, our customer support team is the only one with set working hours. Everyone else gets to work whenever they feel most productive as long as the work gets done.
