The worst way to lose a sponsor is not telling them how to sign up for sponsoring your event. This proposal template comes with a 'Next Steps' page which you shouldn't need to alter at all. Simply detail the next steps your sponsor will go through and ask them to sign digitally by typing their name and clicking Accept.
